WINTER HIKING

The Bavarian Forest shows itself from its most romantic and marvelous site in the winter months, so nice to go cross-country skiing or te make a racket shoe walk. 

During a walk through the snowy landscape, you will get to know the region from a very charming site. A special highlight is a guided snowshoe (racket shoe) hike, an unforgettable experience for young and old!

Winter hiking trail "Jägersteig"

Length: 4 km
Difficulty level: easy

Starting at the Regener Straße, across the Quellenweg to the Jägersteig.  Across the Weberstraße and the Deggendorfer Straße back to Schönberg.

Winter hiking trail "Kadernberg"

Length: 4 km
Difficulty level: medium

Start at the Weberstraße in Schönberg, through Seifertsreuth to Kadernberg and back again through  Saunstein (Siedlung).

Winter hiking trail "Mitternacher Ohe"

Length: 5 km
Difficulty level: medium

Start at the Alten Passauer Straße, through Mitternach to the Klärnalage and back again!

Winter hiking trail "Weberreuth"

Length: 6 km
Difficulty level: easy

From Weberreuth to Kleinmisselberg, Hungerberg, Kasberg, Habernberg and finally back to the starting point agein through Rötz!
